90 min
From CHF 1,480

Suitable for
Adults 30 and over. Members starting any programme. Anyone who has never had apoB or Lp(a) measured.
Not suitable for
Acute illness or fever within the last 14 days. Pregnancy — a reduced panel is used instead.
Protocol
Fasting is required for 12 hours. Water and prescribed medication are fine.
Consultation and history, 30 minutes. We agree what the panel is for before it is drawn.
Venous blood draw, 6 tubes. Samples leave for the Zug laboratory at 06:00 the following morning.
Results return in 5 to 7 working days.
Review appointment, 45 minutes. Every out-of-range value is discussed, including the ones that do not require action.
Written summary with a reference range table and, where relevant, a re-test date.
Out-of-range does not mean abnormal. Reference ranges describe a population, and several markers in this panel move with training, illness or the time of the last meal. We interpret against your own previous values wherever we have them.
