Controller
Meridian Longevity AG is the controller for personal data collected through this site, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.
What we collect
Data you submit through the consultation form: name, contact details, city preference, and any free text you choose to provide. Server logs recording IP address, user agent and requested path, retained for 90 days. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to an individual.
Health data
Health data submitted through this website is treated as sensitive personal data. It is stored on servers located in Switzerland, encrypted at rest, and accessible only to clinical staff bound by professional secrecy under Art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code. It is never used for marketing and never shared with third parties without your written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Clinical records are retained for twenty years as required by Swiss and Austrian medical record-keeping obligations. Enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted after twelve months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your data, and you may object to processing. Write to privacy@meridian-clinic.ch. You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern.

Scope
These terms govern use of this website and the booking of appointments through it. The treatment relationship itself is governed by the separate treatment agreement signed at the first appointment.
No medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and no doctor–patient relationship arises from reading it or from submitting the consultation form. Individual results vary and no outcome is promised.
Appointments and cancellation
Appointments cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are not charged. Within 48 hours, 50 per cent of the appointment fee is due. Memberships run for twelve months with a three-month notice period; fixed-term programmes are non-renewing.
Fees
All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT where applicable. We invoice privately and do not bill insurers directly. Third-party specialist and imaging fees are billed at cost.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in the client’s country of residence.
