Protocol
Grip strength, best of three per hand, on a calibrated dynamometer.
Five-times sit-to-stand, timed.
Four-metre gait speed.
Single-leg balance, eyes open and closed.
Loaded movement assessment: hinge, squat, carry, press.
Written report with age- and sex-referenced percentiles.
