Elisabeth Roth founded MERIDIAN in 2019 after fourteen years in hospital internal medicine, most of them in lipid and cardiometabolic clinics. The clinic exists because she wanted to see the same patients across years rather than across a single admission.
Clinical interest is in longitudinal interpretation: what a marker means for one person over four measurements, rather than what it means for a population in one. She holds the final say on what MERIDIAN offers, and has declined more services than the clinic provides.
She consults at the Zürich clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays and leads the weekly case review for both sites.
